Hullo all.

I attended the birthday bash this morning (Sunday) at the Assembly Hall on the Mound.

I don't think I have ever enjoyed a show as much.

Does anyone know what the set list was? I'd like to make up a playlist to re-live the memories.

Hope someone can help.

14. I'm Losing Sleep
15. A Girl Like You
16. Searching For The Truth
17. Low Expectations

19. Blue Boy

Track 7 with Romeo Stodart from The Magic Numbers.
Tracks 11 & 12 with Malcolm Ross.
Tracks 13 & 14 with Ryan Jarman from The Cribs.
Thanks a lot Dave.

If I can get tracks 13 and 14 then I'm good to go!

Paul
For the interest of nobody I've put this together now...replacing "What is my Role?" with "Simply Thrilled Honey". That's OK isn't it?

Oh...Dave, I don't appear to have track 16...where can it be found?

Paul
It's a newish track, it's on the b-side of the 'Home Again' 7" single. I don't think it's available for download anywhere, unfortunately.
Hullo Matt

thanks for that.

I found a nice little video of the track on youTube (live in Fopp).

Paul
No problem Paul,

I forgot that there is also a video of the song from Oran Mor in Glasgow that I
uploaded to this site.

Matthew
Dave ,thank you for the fully setlist.
Paul, you mean 13 was Simply Thrilled Honey?!?
it was really 'a carual introduction' show. i wish i could have seen it.
i was too lazy to tell 'happy birthday' to edwyn... i'm so sorry.'

Art Work and Bum Fuzz

Posted by scott owen on May 5, 2017 at 17:15 0 Comments

My Bum Fuzz unit just arrived in California along with some plectrums with Edwin art. It took me along time to order this unit, but the twenty five year gestation period for it to be built surely eclipses my lack of urgency. Best regards all...

Thank you for the music

A while back I asked Edwyn if he would let me use his music on a little film I made.  Here is the result: Mill Mechanics

Thanks for that.

Shareefa Energy – ‘Reasoning With Self’ - Review

A few months ago the BBC offered a profile of new emerging female poets, ‘Women Who Spit’. Watching the short films by Jemima Foxtrot, Cecilia Knapp and Deanna Rodger, I noted with great relief that the art of poetry is alive and well. I have always been fascinated by the medium. The ability to express intricate thoughts and feelings in a few lines of words. It is the most empowering process. And empowerment through self-expression… Continue

Dear Edwyn,

Can I just thank you for your contribution to my life. From that very first shiver I got listening to Felicity on the John Peel Show to the smile I still express today when you burst into laughter half way through Consolation Prize, it's important I let you know how much your music means to me before one of us croaks it.

I was hooked instantly and bought all the singles and albums, the ten inches, 12 inches and even ripped the flexi discs off Smash Hits and Melody…
