Cracking show last night, I've seen Edwyn live quite a few times over the last
few years, but last night topped them all. The new stuff sounds great live,
anyone still to see him is in for a treat. And hats off to Will for his great cameo......

PS - Get there early for the support bands, both were really good.
It was a cracker wasn't it. I enjoyed it all. Once again I was more than impressed with the talented musicians in Edwyn's band. I enjoy playing guitar for fun, but if I practice every day till I am 100 I won't get near Tom Edwards. I enjoyed both Will and Carwyn filling in for the guest vocalists on tracks from Losing Sleep. I have also seen Edwyn many times, and saw Orange Juice a few times. I don't remember OJ being as tight as last nights band, much as I love the songs from back then too.
Come on BrianGlasgow, fill us in then. Did you manage to get the ticket?
It was a tired and emotional Monday morning after Oran Mor, Edwyn having a day off in his bed, watching David bloody Dickinson et al and a very fine Indian meal at The Tiffin Rooms with all the gang to finish off a fantastic trip back to the dear green place.
The Kinbeats love Glasgow, they got everywhere yesterday. They needed a day off, they're crewing as well as supporting. How we love that youthful enthusiasm.

Oh and as for Tom, isn't he amazing? The nicest man in rock, to boot. We're not letting him escape our clutches..
yes i got there and enjoyed the gig, the boy from Bearsden done us proud as usual. noticed Grace's big cheesy grinnage with pride as father and son tore the stage apart as well!!!!
