Thanks for alerting me Shaun....
That's great! Strange that they've left Edwyn's intro to Felicity in (with tribute to James Kirk), but it goes straight into Girl Like You after he sings the 'woa wos'
These songs were recorded at Shepherds Bush Theatre. I bought a radio broadcast CD of Ebay a few years ago from Westwood One radio station, New York. The full listing of songs on the CD are Campaign For Real Rock, 50 Shades Of Blue, Make Me Feel Again, Low Expectations, Gorgeous George, A Girl Like You & Rip It Up plus a few adverts. Someone else on here also has this CD as I saw a photo of the CD some time ago.
and great sound.....it takes me back. if anyone has the CD would they be interested in a trade?; I've got a copy of live in Tokyo from 1995 ..
Hello Paul

I believe I contributed some semi-pro guitar playing on your Tokyo Live CD.
Is there any chance I could 'blag' a copy.
Unfortunately I have no swaps.

Steve
Hi Steve,

sorry taken ages to reply to this - haven't been online for a while - can certainly email you a copy - just drop me a line
cheers
Hello Paul

I'd be very grateful to hear this. I haven't played a gig since my final shows with Edwyn.

Regards and thank you.

Steve
Hello Paul

Did you manage to e-mail me the set?

Regards
Steve
I too have a copy of the Westwood One CD. Quality! If the house was burning down this would be one I'd grab in a hurry
There's a cool little program I found recently here -:

http://po-ru.com/projects/iplayer-downloader/

It lets you download files from iPlayer, all you have to do is run the executable file and enter the id for the show. If you hover your mouse over the show you'll see the show id at the bottom of the screen (after the /iplayer/episode). Then you can download the whole show as an mp3. I've just downloaded it by doing this. Pretty cool, eh?
As I'm a bit slow and thick I'm going to need a little night off to do this matt. Following your instructions step by slow step! Thank you so much, isn't this site great for all the exchanging that goes on...?
I'm sure you're doing yourself a disservice there Grace! I think the website I found the program on explains it better than I ever could. You're right, this site is brilliant. It's fantastic to be amongst all of these people who love Edwyn's music and it's fantastic to have you and Edwyn on here, so thank you! I've edited the original show down to Edwyn's bit so here it is...hope this works!

Art Work and Bum Fuzz

Posted by scott owen on May 5, 2017 at 17:15 0 Comments

My Bum Fuzz unit just arrived in California along with some plectrums with Edwin art. It took me along time to order this unit, but the twenty five year gestation period for it to be built surely eclipses my lack of urgency. Best regards all...

Thank you for the music

A while back I asked Edwyn if he would let me use his music on a little film I made.  Here is the result: Mill Mechanics

Thanks for that.

Shareefa Energy – ‘Reasoning With Self’ - Review

A few months ago the BBC offered a profile of new emerging female poets, ‘Women Who Spit’. Watching the short films by Jemima Foxtrot, Cecilia Knapp and Deanna Rodger, I noted with great relief that the art of poetry is alive and well. I have always been fascinated by the medium. The ability to express intricate thoughts and feelings in a few lines of words. It is the most empowering process. And empowerment through self-expression… Continue

Dear Edwyn,

Can I just thank you for your contribution to my life. From that very first shiver I got listening to Felicity on the John Peel Show to the smile I still express today when you burst into laughter half way through Consolation Prize, it's important I let you know how much your music means to me before one of us croaks it.

I was hooked instantly and bought all the singles and albums, the ten inches, 12 inches and even ripped the flexi discs off Smash Hits and Melody…
