I'd not seen this before so must have missed it somehow. How annoying! I haven't got the box set yet as I'm in the pre-pay day skint zone. I also thought it would make a nice Christmas present so might wait!
When the box set was originally announced there was talk of several "cutting room floor" tracks that would be made available in the run up to release date but I haven't seen any more about these. Does anyone know any more about them?
Until today it's just "In A Nutshell". But anyway, the book looks terrific and you'll have a lot of music to listen to as well as the DVD. In my box there was a lack of the BBC Sessions. But Domino told me they would send me the CD separately. Most surprisingly was an "All That Ever Mattered" version from the Rip It Up Sessions. The ability to express intricate thoughts and feelings in a few lines of words. It is the most empowering process. And empowerment through self-expression… Continue
Can I just thank you for your contribution to my life. From that very first shiver I got listening to Felicity on the John Peel Show to the smile I still express today when you burst into laughter half way through Consolation Prize, it's important I let you know how much your music means to me before one of us croaks it.
I was hooked instantly and bought all the singles and albums, the ten inches, 12 inches and even ripped the flexi discs off Smash Hits and Melody…

Does anyone know the provenance of the song “It Had To Happen” that Edwyn & Paul Quinn did on the Richard Skinner BBC radio show in 1985?It sounds to me like quintessential Collins, but as far as…Continue
