I ordered myself a small white Postcard cat t-shirt a few weeks back and received it today. Unfortunately it's much too long and wide in the shoulders for me - I clearly should have ordered "girls-cut" but am not a fan of bright pink! Anyway, I'm hoping to exchange it but am worried about whether I would be expected to pay postage again on the t-shirt I'd like in exchange, on top of the expense of sending this one back to England from Western Australia. (I was a little freaked out by the £10+ postage charge for 1 t-shirt and 2 packs of cards in the first place but made the financial leap because I so much want to have one of these t-shirts!) Could you let me know whether I will need to pay the postage again?
While I'm here, might I suggest a few more dimensions for the clothing would be really useful? Only a chest measurement is given for the t-shirts - and that fits fine, but everything else is too big!
Thanks for your help,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Full details of the returns/exchange policy are yet to be confirmed.
Now bugger off!
Just to clarify - the above is a feeble attempt at a joke.
Hope you get sorted.
Cheers, Barra. It's being sorted, thanks to the lovely Office Girls. Phew!
