At the risk of answering my question, I found this on the Heavenly page for those that are interested..
'The album is now available to pre order from Rough Trade & comes with an exclusive Cd compiled by Edwyn which following on from his self penned album artwork is bird themed!'
So not an Edwyn cd unfortunately, but still a nice package with the signed print.

I read that Edwyn was up for a forthcoming one. Ally from Dusty7s made a fabulous comp. this summer. I hope for another one!
