What a belter!

Well the new album has been on constant replay and, as expected, Sir Edwyn has delivered the goods once again. Particularly loving It Dawns On Me with the Romeo fella, but there are so many stand out tunes. Cheers Edwyn and all your accomplices. See you in Birmingham on Nov 15th, cant wait.

A tuesday surprise

September 28, Stockholm, Sweden.

A bright autumn day, with somewhat optimistic clouds. Nothing special happens.

Suddenly: "Tud" in the mail, and there it is: The new Edwyn-record, signed and
full of birds and microphones. This is pop! Cd:s can be wonderful too.
It changes the day totally...

Pleased to be here!

Just got tickets for the Liverpool gig at the Anglican Cathedral-great setting for it. My first ever gig was Orange Juice at the Mountford Hall as a 12 year old-I went with my mum who (don't tell her I told you) is now a pensioner so it is strange to be seeing Edwyn solo (well sort of) for the first time all these years later at the age of 40. So pleased, can't wait. I'm not obsessing about being 40 or anything, honest, but Edwyn and his music has been in my life for most of it and all being…

Just like the Four Tops..

I can't help myself from playing the 3 featured tracks over and over like some kind of possessed Alan Freed (altho' I don't think he was from Cheam). From what I've heard so far this marks yet another high point in Edwyn's musical catalogue. It brings out the best in the collaborators while remaining unmistakably Edwyn. A flamin' triumph is all I can say. Now back to the music..

All the best wishes from Bremen, Germany !

I´m really glad that Edwyn is back...and released such a great new album ! Especially because I share a similar fate. I was --and still am- working for radio station Bremen Vier and played Edwyn´s music since the very first days on Postcard. I was glad to present his solo concert at the "Breminale"-festival over here many years ago and did a very memorable interview with him....

About 5 years ago I suffered a stroke myself and had a very hard time and still have to cope with the… Continue
