Deaf Institute Gig

Hi Edwyn, Grace and all who were there on tuesday night! Just to say thanks for a fantastic gig.
We had been looking forward to seeing you for so long and as ever you didn't disappoint.
Great venue, great, great tunes and great to meet you after as well. It was an absolute honour and thrill.
Photos and signings will be treasured.

Edwyn Collins & 1990's at Helmsdale

The town of Helmsdale is situated in the county of Sutherland. It's a pretty tourist town and I particularly like the harbour. The locals are friendly which is what you would expect for any northern Scottish town, and the local pubs are also what you would expect (not surprisingly the gaffer of one pub we frequented knew the owners of our local in Groats which is more than 60 miles away!!).

Restoration

How Edwyns story changed my life...

My wife Uschi passed away the night to January the 25th. 2004 exactly at 00:00.



The ovary cancer was discovered on September the 15th, 2003, when she went to the doctor, because she had stomach complaints. The tumor was in the size of a grapefruit, it was stage 4. We where both shocked deeply, because a few month ago, Mai 2003, she had the annual cancer control checkup and there was nothing found at that date.
