Amazing book
Hi Grace,
Just read your book - amazing inspiring story. My partner has MS and has got worse last couple of years and I must admit I have found it hard but I love reading your positivity/hope etc...The way you talk about hope/forward, things being not worse but different. I was moved!
Also great to hear how you got through it..!
Anyway I do laughter yoga sessions! Have done some jobs for Aphasia.....not jokes but group laughter exercises! This can help therapy ....jog a funny memory for someone, provide a fun way to communicate etc
Be lovely to do a session with you all but I guess that would never happen!
