Falling and Laughing, Grace's book, there are extracts in today's Telegraph Magazine. Oh how exciting! Here's my review of the book. Not bad for a beginner.
No, I must admit, I'm proud of her, it's a jolly good read. Seb found it hard to read, about my hospital experience and all that, but it's funny too. I've had a funny life.
Cheerio,
Edwyn

Hello Sarah, sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you, it's a bit mental round here at the moment! I'm so glad to here the positive sound of your letter. It's really early days for Tim and it sounds like he and you are determined to press on. Life doesn't end with this shitty event, even though at the beginning it's hard to see a way through. Clinging to the ledge, isn't it? Feel free to write me anytime, there are always bad days, I know. Strength and love to you both, Grace xx

Grace, I just read your wonderful book in two days flat! My husband Tim had a stroke in June 2007 and Edwyn your stroke is the most similar effects to Tim's that we have come across. Reading this book was like looking in a mirror, and you are both a total inspiration to us since we watched your documentary made by BBC Scotland. I can't wait for Tim to read the book, and I have so many ideas for extra speech therapies I could do with Tim now. And pilates, what a great idea! Thank you for a brilliant and moving read! Keep going! What a great site too, I'm so glad to find it. x

See you there! No idea what we're expected to do, but looking forward to it. Radcliffe and Maconie are going to talk to us immediately beforehand on Radio 2.

Shipping to the US was GBP 6.95, which isn't a bargain, but I've seen worse. I don't really care, to be honest! I must have this book. As you well know your husband's progress (and yours) has been followed closely by a lot of people around the world who love him and his music. I remember the day I heard -- heart straight into throat, and followed the site obsessively for many months. Orange Juice meant a lot to me, you see; enough that I have a tattoo of the postcard kitty: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fnarf/362300915/
