I've been a fan and avid follower of Edwyn's music and band(s) for a wee while now and often wondered why i've never heard any of his wonderful music in a movie - am i right? has it never been used in a feature film?
And of course.....it maybe my imagination and of course I'm prone to exaggeration but i think i've just made a great little feature film called '7 lives' and i would dearly love to explore the possibility of including some of his celestial toones in the film - can you please advise how best to communicate?
Thank you kindly
You're kidding, right? Off the top of my head, I can think of "Magic Piper of Love" in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, and "A Girl Like You" in both Empire Records and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. I'm sure there must have been others.
He's done some 50s covers in The Slab Boys along with The Proclaimers and Lulu !! Never seen it but have the soundtrack.
