I visited my local library yesterday to return some books and Grace's book caught my eye as I was walking out.
I'm one of the people Grace describes in the book, someone who loved Edwyn's music but I wasn't a dedicated follower. I have often wondered why I hadn't heard any other records by Edwyn after the fantastic single 'Girl Like You' over the airwaves.

My husband Neil had a very severe stroke 1 year ago and he has been left with similar difficulties to Edwyn.I,Kathryn his wife,have nearly finished the book Grace wrote and can identify with so much she has written and I am now about to read it to Neil.We have both watched the documentary and have got a great deal of encouragement from it.Neil loved playing his many guitars with a group of amateur friends and has just been made an amazing one handed guitar by a great friend who makes…Continue

grace i have just reaad the book and it was wonderful ,i have been a big fan of edwyns since i saw orange juice at the bristol berkley about 1981 edwyn had a terrible cold but they were great ,we spoke afterwards and i never forgot it
keep writing and playing xxxxxx
