Hi Edwyn

I was going through an old box of tapes and came across a radio session you did for a show called Earshot in 1992. I think the show was for BBC radio Scotland but was also broadcast to the nation on Radio five in it's early days when they played music in the evening. The session was to promote the release of Ostrich Churchyard & you performed a wonderful acoustic session of three songs, Consolation Prize, Graciously and Felicity. Between songs you were interviewed by the presenter of the show and you discussed your work as a producer with bands such as Frank & Walters. In the interview you revealed that you had been asked to produce a new album for a Manchester band but declined as you wanted to work on your own record. In the interview you did not say which Manchester band it was. Just out of interest can you remember name of the band.

You can now hear Mark and Lard on my page, along with a cracking Psychadelic Soul from the same session. Also some other interviews and sessions. Enjoy.

Great minds think alike Duncan. Look forward to hearing Mark & Lard doing their version of a Girl Like You.

Drat, drat and double drat I just put them up on my page, should have looked here first.
Somewhere in my files I've got Mark and Lard doing their take on A Girl Like You, with Edwyn giving his critique afterwards. I'll try to find it and put that up too.

Hi Grace. I managed to track down the as mentioned session via the wonderful world of the internet. I have downloaded it myself as my taped copy has seen better days. I hope it's ok to post it here.

Art Work and Bum Fuzz

A while back I asked Edwyn if he would let me use his music on a little film I made.  Here is the result: Mill Mechanics

Thanks for that.
