How are you friends? Do you like my new site? I'm learning it myself. I'm perking up today after my day at the Ivors. I experienced tremendous euphoria. I won! What do you think about that? I'm playing an acoustic gig in Perth tomorrow night. I'll send a report and some film of it. I'm experimenting with my site.
Cheerio for now

Great acoustic show at Perth Theatre. This is the first acoustic show that I have seen in the seven times I have been to seen Edwyn since the comeback gig at Dingwalls and Edwyn was sounding great with Andy and Carwyn on guitars and Carwyns sweet backing vocals. Now looking forward to the T in the park, Edinbugh festival appearances and details of the highland and UK tours. Edwyn, Thank you so much for the performance last night at the Perth Theatre. The emotion was high and I don't think I have ever heard a more heart felt ovation, you made me laugh and cry.
Mostly smile and tap my feet.
All the best
John

The new site is great. Looking forward to hearing the new songs. The concert in Manchester last year was fantastic. It was great to see you and Roddy. Hope to see you soon. Best wishes.

Well done on yet another brilliant show at Perth last night. My friend and I are faithful followers and you never disappoint. Loved the new songs too and the whole atmosphere of the gig. Best wishes, Ally

Art Work and Bum Fuzz

Posted by scott owen on May 5, 2017 at 17:15 0 Comments

My Bum Fuzz unit just arrived in California along with some plectrums with Edwin art. It took me along time to order this unit, but the twenty five year gestation period for it to be built surely eclipses my lack of urgency. Best regards all...

Thank you for the music

A while back I asked Edwyn if he would let me use his music on a little film I made.  Here is the result: Mill Mechanics

Thanks for that.

Shareefa Energy – ‘Reasoning With Self’ - Review

A few months ago the BBC offered a profile of new emerging female poets, ‘Women Who Spit’. Watching the short films by Jemima Foxtrot, Cecilia Knapp and Deanna Rodger, I noted with great relief that the art of poetry is alive and well. I have always been fascinated by the medium. The ability to express intricate thoughts and feelings in a few lines of words. It is the most empowering process. And empowerment through self-expression… Continue

Dear Edwyn,

Can I just thank you for your contribution to my life. From that very first shiver I got listening to Felicity on the John Peel Show to the smile I still express today when you burst into laughter half way through Consolation Prize, it's important I let you know how much your music means to me before one of us croaks it.

I was hooked instantly and bought all the singles and albums, the ten inches, 12 inches and even ripped the flexi discs off Smash Hits and Melody…
